1. Agreement to Terms
By using our website (mhdesignco.ca), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

MH Design Co. offers branding, web design, print design, and general graphic design services. All project requests, orders, and communications must comply with these Terms.

 

3. Client Files & Submissions

  • Files submitted by clients via email or upload become part of the project files we manage.

  • You are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights.

 

4. E-Commerce & Payments

  • Online purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

  • All orders are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • MH Design Co. owns all website content unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Project deliverables remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full, at which point ownership transfers as outlined in the project agreement.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services and website are provided “as is.”

  • MH Design Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of our site or services.

 

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

  • Our site may link to third-party websites (e.g., analytics or payment providers).

  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of third-party sites.

 

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Kamloops, BC.
